The goods that I have received have/have developed a fault, can I return them?
Yes, our products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If your new product has a fault please return it to us straight away and we will replace it for you. If your product has become faulty over a period of time, due to a manufacturing defect, then again please return this to us and we will forward this onto the manufacturer who will assess the product before a final decision on any exchange or refund is given.
Please be aware that general wear and tear is not covered.
